Way back in 1982, Mirror Lake Designs was born out of the extra bedroom in a modest, North Houston home.

It started as a one-man operation, focusing on simple landscape designs and installations. But in 1987, the company took on its biggest, most complex project: a swimming pool. It was a scary and risky endeavor, but, in time, it proved to be the pivotal moment for this scrappy up-start construction company.

Over the next 40 years, Mirror Lake’s one-man crew expanded to become a formidable team of skilled professionals and artisans. And over the ensuing decades, Mirror Lake secured its reputation as the preeminent landscape design and installation firm in the Houston area.

Today, regional and international design accolades fill the walls at 19022 Mirror Lake Drive - a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence. The founder has since resigned as the company’s owner and president, but his influence on the industry and the art form is still felt today through Mirror Lake’s timeless designs.
